Provide assistance when equipment or accessories have problems, opening service tickets for more complex issues; Accompany IT technicians during various service tasks (installations or repairs); Open service tickets to request replacement or purchase of store equipment and accessories; Perform, when requested, updates of the systems used in the store. Basic knowledge of networks and systems, familiarity with Linux operating system.
