Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** We are seeking a Senior Project Engineering Analyst responsible for coordinating the engineering of Schneider Electric’s Triconex and DCS automation panels supplied to our major client in the region. This role requires on-site presence, with a focus on ensuring technical and operational compliance. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, demanding constant alignment with Schneider Electric standards and the refinery’s specific requirements. **Responsibilities:** Project Management: Coordinate all phases of automation panel projects—from conception and design through implementation and startup. Technical Specification: Define and specify materials, components, equipment, and integrated systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Safety Standards: Ensure all projects and panels comply with stringent safety standards required for critical systems (e.g., TMR—Triple Modular Redundancy systems, characteristic of Triconex). Interface with software engineering to ensure compatibility between hardware and control logic. Ensure compliance with Petrobras standards (e.g., N-1710, N-1711, N-0380). (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); * Solid hands-on experience in industrial automation, especially in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS); * Professional certifications and postgraduate degrees in areas such as reliability or project management are advantageous; * In-depth knowledge of Triconex systems (architecture, protocols, redundancy, functional safety); * Proficiency in Foxboro DCS (configuration, integration, communication networks); * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and panel layouts; * Knowledge of Brazilian and international technical standards (ABNT, IEC, ISA); * Experience with engineering tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical; * Technical documentation management and version control; * Technical and motivational leadership for multidisciplinary teams; * Clear and context-aware communication with internal and external stakeholders; * Strategic and tactical planning for execution of complex projects; * Agile problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making; * Multidisciplinary profile capable of handling interface-related matters across disciplines—including engineering, electrical, procurement, automation, and operations of the respective industrial unit covered by this contract and other contracted parties; * Proficiency in Triconex and Foxboro hardware, and development of electromechanical automation panel projects. **Location: Ipojuca/PE** **Tell us more about you!
