Manage employee development and training Title: Bottling Coordinator (Affirmative Action Position Exclusively for Women) Location: Benevides, PA Job Mission Responsible for coordinating teams, the product packaging and labeling process, planning work activities for their execution, evaluating usage conditions, monitoring movement (flow) and utilization of packaging materials, and controlling product quality prior to packaging to ensure no compositional changes occur due to storage in packaging. Main Responsibilities * Ensure achievement of planned production volume on the production line under responsibility by attaining line efficiency metrics, proposing corrective/preventive actions upon performance deviations, eliminating chronic anomalies, and addressing root causes; * Ensure optimal costs and minimal waste by identifying deviations, planning, monitoring, and implementing corrective/preventive actions to address root causes of deviations; * Ensure the team meets finished product quality requirements for all production lines under shift responsibility; * Manage employee development through implementation of the job-specific training plan, employee performance evaluation, and feedback delivery in accordance with HEINEKEN Brasil guidelines; * Contribute to planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for bottling lines by prioritizing maintenance tasks, participating in maintenance planning meetings, and managing operational labor resources; * Ensure implementation of autonomous management in operational activities through application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology, dissemination of knowledge acquired by the coordinator across TPM Pillars, and promotion of such practices; * Promote a clean and safe working environment on the production line through safety guidance, safety dialogues with employees, and analysis of environmental conditions and employee behavior. Academic Qualification Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. Desired Qualifications * Proficiency in computer applications (Windows); * Experience in people management; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems – Loyal; 5S; HOC; BPF; and HACCP; Desirable knowledge of production control activities in food manufacturing industries; * Desirable knowledge of SAP software.
