Every day, we have the chance to accomplish something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure operations through proper material storage and user service, meeting established time and quality standards. Contribute to maintaining the 5S project in the area, as well as compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations and policies. * Perform department-specific tasks, including processing requests, receiving, dispatching, storing, moving, and physically verifying materials, as well as serving users according to their material and service needs for the unit, complying with established Procedures and Operational Standards. * Manage warehouse inventory through internal rotating inventory checks. * Record material and equipment movements in the system to register entries and exits, enabling physical material provisioning while maintaining minimum stock levels of parts and materials and ensuring replenishment processes. * Keep material identifications up to date and support identification of parts and materials through technical reference and specification reviews. * Report inventory movement information, flagging abnormalities found in processes to enable necessary analysis and adjustments. * Deliver materials correctly per schedule, ensuring adherence to stipulated deadlines and times, with delivery reports duly signed and dated by the requester. * Operate forklifts in accordance with local safety rules. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Mandatory: Driver's license — minimum category B Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Demonstrate initiative, logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication skills, and analytical ability. Manage conflicts.
