The HR Department Assistant is responsible for supporting human resources management activities, including onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, benefits administration, training, events, and payroll processing. This is a junior-level role performed under supervision, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the human resources department. * Carry out new employee onboarding procedures, including completing documentation, entering information into the system, facilitating integration, and briefing employees on company policies. * Assist with employee time tracking, verifying records, entering certificates and other information into the system, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. * Participate in payroll calculation and verification, checking deductions, benefits, and potential bonuses. * Support employee offboarding procedures, preparing documentation, calculating severance payments, and advising employees on their rights and obligations. * Manage and organize HR department documents and files, ensuring information security and integrity. * Assist with internal communication by disseminating information about policies, procedures, and benefits to employees. * Collaborate on updating employee registration data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information in the system. * Provide support and participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the HR department. * Perform other administrative tasks related to the human resources department, as required and directed by leadership.
