Job Summary: A multifunctional professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, maintaining, and managing supplies in buildings, ensuring proper operation and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and organization of environments 2. Inspects and arranges general building maintenance 3. Manages procurement and control of consumables and cleaning supplies MULTIFUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning stairs, floors, walkways, and carpets by sweeping, washing, or waxing them and using vacuum cleaners to remove dust and debris; using cloths or sponges soaked in water and soap or other suitable cleaning agents to maintain the good appearance of areas; arranging restrooms and toilets by cleaning them with water and soap, detergents, and disinfectants and restocking toilet paper, towels, and soaps to keep them in usable condition; collecting waste from storage areas, gathering it into bins for disposal in trash receptacles or incinerators. Inspecting hallways, courtyards, areas, and facilities within the building to assess cleaning needs, repairs, elevator functionality, electrical and plumbing conditions, and other equipment status, arranging necessary services; maintaining hygiene of premises, removing or incinerating waste to keep the building in required sanitary condition; arranging general maintenance services, replacing light bulbs, requesting qualified personnel for repairs to pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators to ensure operational and safety conditions of facilities; May deliver letters and packages to building occupants. Conducts water and gas meter readings; handles procurement, receipt, verification, and control of consumables and cleaning supplies to prevent interruption of the building’s sanitation and maintenance processes and those of its facilities EXPERIENCE IN CONDOMINIUMS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.988,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
