Build and enhance interactive dashboards for performance monitoring. Create financial and operational reports that genuinely support decision-making. Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in processes. Monitor manufacturers’ bonus policies and regulations. Propose improvements, standardizations, and automations. **Essential Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Process Management, Systems Analysis and Development, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Analytical and organized profile, with strong numerical aptitude; Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization); Experience creating interactive dashboards; **Desirable Qualifications (Plus):** Basic knowledge of SQL; Basic knowledge of Python (automation and data analysis); Prior experience in financial controls, performance management, and KPIs; Experience in dynamic environments, new projects, or newly established departments.
