This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of management data, supporting decision-making, and strengthening internal financial control and governance processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical accounting control reference within the CSC, ensuring standardization, integrity, and consistency of financial information delivered to the group’s business units in Brazil and the U.S. headquarters. * Consolidate, review, and validate financial information, ensuring compliance with global corporate policies, U.S. headquarters guidelines, and financial compliance requirements. * Lead the Budget and Forecast process in an integrated manner with operational areas, global FP\&A, and regional teams, ensuring adherence to the corporate calendar and alignment with the group’s strategic plan. * Consolidate monthly performance analyses, including actual vs. budget variances, explaining deviations and proposing action plans. * Manage CSC and supported business units’ financial and operational KPIs, conducting trend, risk, opportunity analyses, and recommending course corrections. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and business units. * Conduct cost, expense, margin, profitability, and project financial viability analyses. * Actively participate in accounting and management closing routines, reviewing cost centers, key journal entries, accruals, expense allocations, reconciliations, and ensuring delivery accuracy within the global calendar. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and implementation of new systems/solutions. * Support internal and external audits by providing appropriate information and controls. * Ensure clear, accurate communication with global stakeholders, presenting results, explaining variances, and delivering strategic analyses in a concise, objective manner aligned with international reporting standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience with solid background in controller functions, financial planning, FP\&A, or related areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency and financial analysis tools. * Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle). * Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and business acumen. * Must reside in Curitiba/PR city or metropolitan region. * Advanced or fluent English. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Meal allowance and/or food voucher (BRL 40.00 per day); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * AMIL Health Insurance Plan; * Dental insurance; * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); * Must reside in Curitiba/PR city or metropolitan region; * Performance-Based Incentive Program, contingent upon goal achievement; * Birthday Day Off; * Life insurance.
