Production Assistant

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, sorting, and supplying materials to production lines, as well as assembling, operating, maintaining machines, and assisting operators—ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in preparation and supply of production lines. 2. Performing machine maintenance and cleaning. 3. Contributing to workplace organization and cleanliness. Prepares, sorts, and supplies materials to production lines. Assembles equipment, operates, maintains, and cleans machines, and assists operators. Performs work at height during truck tarping and unloading. o **Participate in training sessions and internal safety dialogues and professional qualification programs.** o **Unload and receive materials on the production line, removing processed material from packaging near conveyor belts.** o **Perform work at height for truck tarping and unloading.** o **Notify immediate supervisor of any materials non-conforming to the organization’s quality standards during unloading.** o **Prepare materials for feeding production lines, inspecting their quality and separating materials for reuse.** o **Supply production lines and feed machines by directing materials onto conveyor belts—either for fragmenting materials (white paper, colored paper, and newspaper) or forwarding them to pressing (cardboard, long-life packaging, and plastic).** o **Report to management any behavior inconsistent with worker health and safety.** o **Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness, and perform construction repairs and painting to maintain order, functionality, and expansion of the facility.** **Perform all activities according to procedures** in your area, complying with NBR ISO 9001, NBR ISO 14001, and NBR ISO 45001 standards. No prior experience is required; however, relevant experience will be considered an advantage. Waste management company located in Parolin.
