Job Summary: Open, close, and enter foreign trade processes; verify and request corrections to documents; register and issue LI (Import License); and manage fees and registrations. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication **Job Description:** · Open and close processes for the Foreign Trade Analyst. · Verify documents in accordance with current legislation. · Request document corrections. · Enter processes into the operational system for subsequent DI (Import Declaration) registration by the Foreign Trade Analyst. · Register and issue LI. · Submit LI for approval. · Request payment of international freight fees from agents (third parties). · Request importer registration with Sefaz/PR. · Issue ICMS Tax Guide or Exemption Certificate, as applicable. · Declare ICMS in Siscomex. · Issue/Send payment documentation. · Check cargo status at TCP and the Merchant Marine, or confirm TC4 (air) application. · Send documents to request TC\-4 when shipment is not handled by Dhuan. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the activities described. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields related to Foreign Trade. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * Total Pass * Birthday Day Off **After probation period (90 days):** * Up to 7 Home Office days per month * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1\.905,39 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
