HR/Payroll Analyst

Job Summary: HR/Payroll professional responsible for payroll processing, eSocial reporting, hiring/termination procedures, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in HR and Payroll Department routines 2. Support and guidance to employees on labor-related matters 3. Involvement in Occupational Health and Safety programs **Main Responsibilities** * Perform payroll calculations and social charges; * Submit required information to eSocial; * Manage hiring, termination, vacation, 13th salary, and advance payment processes; * Monitor electronic time tracking, absences, and allowances; * Administer and oversee employee benefits; * Implement the PGR Program and Occupational Health and Safety routines; * Support and monitor 5S Program activities; * Provide guidance and support to employees, clarifying labor and internal policy questions. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Proven experience in Payroll/HR; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Proactive, discreet, and committed profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with SAGE/IOB system Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Payroll processing (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
