This role is critical to attracting qualified talents who can significantly contribute to our company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume recruitment and specialize in conducting competency-based interviews, ensuring we identify candidates aligned not only with technical requirements but also with our organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Apply effective strategies to attract qualified candidates, including online platforms, social media, job fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions; * Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes: job posting, resume screening, and interviews; * Conduct competency-based interviews with pre\-selected candidates; * Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and specific requirements for each position; * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Perform other administrative duties. **Requirements:** * Experience in recruitment and selection, with focus on high-volume hiring; * Familiarity with modern recruitment techniques and use of online platforms to attract candidates; * Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based interviews; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong results orientation; * Academic background (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:58 PM.
