Job Responsibilities Proactive network and service monitoring Monitor availability, performance, and capacity of links, equipment, and telecom services using Zabbix and Grafana, identifying failures and degradations before they impact customers. Incident handling and escalation Analyze alerts, create and track tickets, perform initial diagnostics, apply contingency procedures, and escalate to responsible teams when necessary, ensuring SLA compliance. Metric analysis and report generation Analyze performance indicators (latency, packet loss, availability), maintain Grafana dashboards, and generate operational and managerial reports. Additional Knowledge Networking knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills are required.
