Marista Group's Academic Planning Management is seeking a professional who wishes for their daily work to be meaningful and filled with the purpose of contributing to a mission that positively impacts the lives of those most in need—through education and healthcare.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform academic registrations and system configurations in the **Lyceum** system;
* Structure curriculum matrices, disciplines, classes, academic calendars, and academic rules within the system;
* Ensure system compliance with pedagogical and regulatory guidelines;
* Serve as the focal point between academic, IT, secretarial, regulatory, and EAD (distance learning) hub departments;
* Map and propose improvements to academic and operational workflows;
* Support system testing, validations, and approvals;
* Develop controls, reports, and Excel-based analyses;
* Support the development of scalable academic processes for EAD.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:**
* Prior experience with **Lyceum system configuration and operation**;
* Experience in academic routines within higher education;
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, database organization);
* Experience with structural registrations (curriculum matrix, academic rules, calendars, classes);
* Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects;
* Organization, attention to detail, and systemic vision.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
* Experience in launching new courses or campuses;
* Experience with distance education (EAD);
* Experience in system implementation or migration projects;
* Process modeling knowledge;
* Familiarity with MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education) regulations for undergraduate programs.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is built upon multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be disclosed during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
