Job Summary: Develop and create detailed technical projects, ensuring construction work is executed with quality, within established deadlines and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Interdepartmental collaboration and management of small teams **JOB MISSION** Develop and create detailed technical projects for construction execution, ensuring all client specifications and requirements are met with quality, within established deadlines and budgets. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design detailed projects using CAD software and other technical tools, ensuring all specifications are met. * Conduct technical analysis of projects, verifying feasibility of execution and anticipating potential issues. * Supervise project execution, verifying compliance with the original design and making adjustments as necessary. * Collaborate with production, installation, and procurement departments to ensure all resources required for project execution are available. * **Management of small teams** (when required, coordinating assistants or other professionals in the field to ensure project stages are carried out efficiently). * **Related duties**, such as providing technical support during project execution and making adjustments as needed.
