The Information Technology Advisory team at PUCPR is seeking professionals for the position of Salesforce Developer, passionate about technology, innovation, and CRM solutions. The professional will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet business needs and provide an excellent user experience, while maintaining a solid relationship with stakeholders and project teams. Does this opportunity match your profile? **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and customize applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud); * Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows; * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or native integration tools; * Analyze business requirements and propose efficient technical solutions; * Ensure code quality, development best practices, and documentation; * Participate in code reviews, testing, and post-deployment support; * Support the maintenance and updating of flows, automated processes, and reports; * Follow communication channels and information governance procedures for projects and requests. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in Salesforce projects; * Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow; * Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
