JOB MISSION: A professional responsible for contributing to the assurance of quality and excellence of software products by performing tests, identifying issues, and collaborating on continuous improvement of development processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and maintain software quality control processes to ensure software products comply with quality standards; Perform quality analyses across all phases of the software lifecycle, from planning to testing; Create and execute test plans to ensure software meets customer requirements and is free of defects; Detect and log software defects, communicate findings to developers, and manage the issue resolution process; Identify and implement improvements in software quality processes to increase software development efficiency and effectiveness. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ For internal employees: Minimum of 1 year with the company; Substantial experience in software testing and automation; Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); Fundamental knowledge of software testing and automation; Familiarity with test automation tools; Familiarity with agile methodologies and development processes; If no undergraduate degree, relevant certifications in the field are required. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance Health Insurance Senff Health Profit Sharing (PLR) Flexible Benefits (Vale Flex) Life Insurance Payroll Deductible Loan Meal Allowance Dental Plan Childcare Assistance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Avenida Senador Souza Naves 1240, Bairro Cristo Rei \- Curitiba (PR) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday
