Collaborate with business areas and apply prompt engineering **Job Description:** ---------------------- Job Mission: Develop and integrate innovative Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions using platforms such as LangFlow and the Full-Stack development stack (NodeJS/React) to optimize business processes and accelerate the company’s digital transformation, covering all stages from requirements gathering and conceptualization to implementation and maintenance. Responsibilities: \- Develop and implement automation workflows and AI agents using the low-code LangFlow platform and similar platforms; \- Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to design, create, and optimize interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring accurate and relevant responses; \- Develop and maintain backend applications with NodeJS and frontend applications with ReactJS and NextJS; \- Customize corporate AI platforms; \- Develop and maintain scripts and automations in Python and NodeJS; \- Integrate AI workflows with other corporate systems via APIs; \- Develop and maintain solutions using relational, NoSQL, and vector databases; \- Collaborate with business areas to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions; \- Conduct continuous testing to ensure solution quality and performance; \- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools in AI and automation; \- Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience developing applications using the NodeJS and React/NextJS stack; * Experience in projects involving consumption of REST APIs and system integration; * Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translation into technical specifications; * Experience working in environments applying agile development methodologies; * Experience with code versioning tools (Git); * Solid knowledge of NodeJS with JavaScript or TypeScript; * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs; * Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies, including BDD (Behavior-Driven Development); * Understanding of LLM prompt engineering principles and familiarity with the concept;**Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Practical experience with LangFlow or the LangChain/LlamaIndex ecosystem; * Experience with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, Selenium); * Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases; * Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS); * Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN); * Postgraduate studies, specialized courses, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Project Management**Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- 13th-month salary 20 paid vacation days **Work Location:** ---------------------- Anne Frank, 969 \- Hauer \- Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00–12:00, 13:12–18:00
