




Job Summary: Opportunity to work in technical support, assist with system installation and maintenance, and guide users in resolving technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication skills and proactivity **Responsibilities** * Receive and log technical support tickets; * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, systems, and peripherals; * Guide users on the use of systems and equipment; * Identify and resolve basic technical issues; * Escalate more complex issues to the responsible team; * Perform tests and monitor the operation of systems and equipment. **Technical Skills** * Experience with remote support using AnyDesk and TeamViewer. * Configuration and access via VPN. * Knowledge of Windows Services and use of CMD for commands and * diagnostics. * Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL databases, including execution of * SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE commands. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and support for systems and computers. * Knowledge of ticket management tools (Service Desk / Help Desk). **Behavioral Skills** * Strong communication and user support skills. * Organized, proactive professional with strong problem-solving ability. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and logical reasoning. * Commitment to deadlines and service quality. **Requirements** * Completed high school \- *Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems or related fields is a plus.* * Prior experience in a helpdesk support role. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM **Neighborhood** Colombo \- PR Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
