Monday to Friday \- Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM \- 2nd shift. Salary: BRL 2,058.00/month \+ 20% night shift allowance on hours worked. Job Responsibilities (READ carefully) Work in the Extrusion area. The extrusion machine manufactures doormats, transforming raw materials into finished carpets ready for commercial sale. The machine is large and hot, requiring strict attention to safety regulations and responsibility. NOTE: The extrusion machine and its operators are currently located in Umbará and will relocate to CIC later. Employee training is conducted in the MORNING. Mandatory Requirements: Completed elementary education; Minimum 6 months of experience as Production Assistant; Technical courses in mechanics, electricity, or maintenance are a plus but not mandatory; Commitment to and responsibility for scheduled working hours; Proactivity in learning the entire machine operation process.
