Description

Job Summary: Assist in assembling metal parts, operating machinery, preparing raw materials, and performing quality control, workplace organization, and maintenance support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in assembling and operating metallurgical equipment. 2. Conducting basic quality inspections and process adjustments. 3. Performing preventive maintenance on equipment and organizing the workplace. Assist in assembling metal parts, structures, and components according to technical drawings. * Assist in operating machinery and equipment, such as presses, lathes, milling machines, welding machines, etc. * Prepare raw materials (metals, alloys, etc.) for use on production lines. * Availability to work at third-party sites. * Availability for short-duration business trips. * **Quality Control:** * Perform basic inspections on parts and products to verify compliance with established quality standards. * Assist in adjusting processes to ensure finished products meet technical specifications. * **Workplace Organization:** * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring safety and production process efficiency. * Sort materials and tools according to processes and production orders. * **Maintenance Support:** * Perform simple preventive maintenance on equipment when required. * Assist in diagnosing and repairing operational failures or issues in machinery and tools. * **Process Monitoring:** * Assist in monitoring metallurgical process execution, identifying potential deviations or process improvements. * Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure production continuity and efficiency. Working hours: Business hours from 07:40 AM to 5:40 PM, with a 1-hour break.
