#### **About the position:** * The Butcher Assistant is responsible for supporting daily department activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and high-quality customer service. * You will assist in preparing, cutting, and packaging meats, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * At its core, auditing involves identifying deficiencies in control systems and processes to improve them.
