Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for selling tires and related products, managing a customer portfolio, prospecting new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Development of improvement initiatives and after-sales activities * Sell new tires for trucks, agricultural machinery, OTR, inner tubes, protectors, and plastic tarpaulins. * Work toward achieving pre-established goals, sales productivity, and market share. * Serve customers within your portfolio by managing their accounts through a planned script, needs assessment, and scheduled visits to offer solutions. * Reactivate and prospect customers by identifying their needs through consumption potential research. * Register new customers under your sales code to prevent duplication or missed contact. * Keep your customer portfolio up to date. * Prepare, complete, and update customer registrations according to Caiado's standards and procedures. * Ensure high-quality service during customer interactions. * Complete and submit the call report accurately to your immediate supervisor within the company's stipulated deadline. * Record active and passive calls in the system. * Expedite daily quotation processing and provide immediate feedback to customers to facilitate closing the sale. * Guide customers on product application using comparative analysis of Final Cost vs. KM. * Assist in collections. * Advise the company on purchasing seasonal merchandise based on scheduling agreed upon with your customers. * Perform after-sales activities. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. * Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvement actions. * Identify successful experiences and present them to the company.
