Ensure high-quality service, assist in benefits management, and contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** The professional will be assigned to the client, performing active and receptive service (phone, WhatsApp, or in person) to clarify questions about coverage, deadlines, processes, and other business-related topics.
