Monitor service dispatch to field teams. Monitor any urgent service orders opened in the Client’s system. Ensure that services are executed exclusively by personnel who are properly trained, qualified, certified, authorized, and licensed for access to risk areas. Prepare daily reports on field teams. Comply with, and ensure all employees in your team comply with, the Client’s Work Instructions (WIs), current technical safety and quality standards. Immediately inform the service execution supervisor of any situations deemed hazardous to your own safety and health, or that of other employees. Callback (telephone contact with the consumer to gather relevant information about the service to be performed). And other activities related to the company’s objectives.
