Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance services, minor repairs, cleaning, preservation, and technical operational support across various environments. Key Highlights: 1. Building and infrastructure maintenance for machines and equipment. 2. Mechanical and electrical services for machines and equipment. 3. Manufacturing and maintenance of wooden furniture and installations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general maintenance services and minor repairs; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization, as well as provide technical and operational support for routine tasks in these environments; * Carry out general building maintenance activities; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepare infrastructure for machines and equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Perform mechanical services on various types of machines and equipment; * Disassemble, repair, and adjust various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or sketches; * Perform general electrical services; * Ensure proper preservation of machines, tools, and equipment; * Manufacture, assemble, and maintain wooden furniture and installations; * Operate industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Follow project technical standards; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provide technical and operational support. - Professional experience in this role or similar roles is required.
