Join us on this journey.** Guide and perform the most complex activities related to inventory and materials management, executing and controlling the inflow and outflow of materials and supplies through the organization's specific warehouse management system, quantitatively analyzing inventory levels versus production process requirements, and providing support to involved departments so they can take appropriate actions to maintain inventories within desired levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and control inventory levels, verifying material movement records and suggesting adjustments to quantities, including disposal of obsolete or excess items. * Record issued purchase requests and unfulfilled internal requisitions, analyzing causes of stockouts, as well as preparing statistical and summary reports on material inflow and outflow. * Control inventory by recording material, supply, parts, machinery, equipment, and other items entering and leaving stock, defining minimum and maximum stock quantities, and managing high- and low-turnover materials. * Keep area management informed about the monthly inventory forecast to facilitate timely purchase order requests and ensure adequate stock levels. * Code inventory items to support organization and control through computerized processes/systems, ensuring effective organizational inventory management. * Monitor ongoing purchase orders requested by the company's production areas, verifying available stock and taking appropriate actions when necessary. * Conduct internal inventories whenever required, following instructions from the immediate supervisor, performing counting/measurement of inventory items, documenting and reporting detected discrepancies. * Participate in warehouse organization and layout planning to ensure the facility is orderly and facilitates movement and storage of stored items. * Maintain and organize documents handled within the scope of work to enable quick retrieval when needed. * Prepare statistical reports with inventory control and performance indicators to monitor inventory volume metrics. * Ensure workplace cleanliness, organization, and material preservation, complying with applicable standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
