**About the opportunity**
**Location:** Betim \- MG
**Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday to Friday – On-site
**This position is open to People with Disabilities (PCD).**
**Job Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support for SMT and Final Assembly lines, including process monitoring, execution and validation of electrical and functional tests.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase productivity.
* Prepare and adjust test benches and equipment; perform initial diagnostics on non-conforming products; record results and traceability data.
* Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to address defects.
* Participate in process parameter standardization, work instruction reviews, and failure root cause analysis (rework/scrap), contributing to process stability and final product compliance.
**Requirements**
* Incomplete undergraduate degree or technical diploma with relevant experience
* Familiarity with SMT processes (printing, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI) and typical defects
* Testing knowledge: functional, bench, continuity, power consumption, log/error reading
* Instruments: multimeter, bench power supply, oscilloscope (basic level)
* Ability to interpret BOMs, assembly drawings, and technical instructions
* Knowledge of ESD best practices and PCB handling
* Proficiency in Excel for controls and KPIs (tables, filters, charts)
