Job Summary: The professional will serve as a technical reference, designing and evolving architectures, solving complex problems, guiding decisions, and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Context GoK operates on high-complexity digital projects—both technically and business-wise—in transactional, regulated environments demanding high quality, security, performance, observability, and governance. The professional will serve as a technical reference, responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving architectures; unblocking complex problems; guiding technical decisions; and leading by example—including writing code when necessary—across diverse technical contexts and challenges over time. **Responsibilities** * Act as a technical leader, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery quality. * Design and evolve backend and frontend architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements. * Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines. * Actively resolve technical blockers and structural issues. * Support complex technical decisions and architecture reviews. * Write code when necessary, especially at critical or foundational points. * Ensure consistent integration among frontend, BFF, and backend. * Drive technical governance, observability, security, and resilience of solutions. * Collaborate closely with POs, UX designers, QA engineers, and technical stakeholders. * Elevate team technical capability through continuous guidance, review, and direction. **Hard Skills and Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)** * Modern Java (17\+ / 21\+) * Spring Boot and/or Micronaut * Advanced React, with deep frontend architecture expertise * Microservices architecture and BFF pattern * Design and versioning of REST APIs * Event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing * Integration between critical systems (REST, events, webhooks) * Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) * Resilience strategies (retry, circuit breaker, timeout, fallback) * Data persistence (relational and event\-driven) * Messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ or similar) * End\-to\-end observability (logs, metrics, distributed tracing) * Application security (OWASP Top 10, data protection) * Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * CI/CD and continuous delivery practices * Code quality tools (SonarQube or similar) Git in collaborative environments (PRs, code reviews) * **Soft Skills** * Technical leadership by example * Clear, direct, and assertive communication * Ability to make technical decisions under pressure * Systemic vision and architectural thinking * Ability to prioritize and solve real-world problems * Skill in mediating between business and technology * Mature posture in complex and regulated environments * Ability to guide and develop other professionals **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience as Tech Lead or Architect in critical products * Experience in financial or regulated environments * Track record of maintaining production systems * Experience in high-volume projects with strict SLAs * Experience in distributed teams and complex corporate environments **Engagement** * End\-to\-end involvement in the digital product development lifecycle. * Strong participation in technical and architectural decision-making. * Direct involvement in removing technical blockers and mitigating architectural risks. * Continuous contribution to technical evolution, stability, and maturity of GoK teams.
