Monitoring video trends for application in productions **Junior Videomaker** We are looking for a **Junior Videomaker** who does not simply want to "press REC", but rather transform technology into captivating visual narratives! In this role, you will work side-by-side with our Commercial Directorate, learning how audiovisual content directly impacts the closing of major deals. It is the perfect opportunity for those wishing to merge creativity, aesthetics, and sales strategy. **Work Location:** Vinhedo, SP **Education:** Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in **Cinema, Radio and Television, Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design**, or related fields. Extracurricular courses in video editing and photography will be considered advantageous. **Main Responsibilities** * **Image Capture:** Record internal videos, interviews, and platform demonstrations with emphasis on aesthetics and clarity. * **Creative Editing:** Edit videos for various formats (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and VSLs), ensuring rhythm and viewer retention. * **Strategic Support:** Participate in briefing meetings and direct follow-ups with the **Commercial Director** to align content with sales objectives. * **Basic Motion Graphics:** Create title cards, dynamic captions, and visual elements that facilitate understanding of software data and features. * **Audio Processing:** Ensure sound quality in productions by performing noise reduction and basic track mixing. * **Technical Scriptwriting:** Collaborate in adapting technical scripts into visually engaging language. * **Content Curation:** Select the best "insights" from meetings and webinars to convert into bite-sized content (nutellas/cuts). * **Digital Asset Organization:** Maintain structured backups and organization of files, projects, and raw materials. * **Finalization and Export:** Master technical export specifications for each distribution channel. * **Trend Research:** Monitor visual references and market trends in SaaS and video production to apply within company productions. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Proactivity:** Anticipate visual needs even before formal requests. * **Adaptability:** Ability to iterate quickly based on leadership feedback. * **Organization:** Management of multiple projects and concurrent deadlines. * **Active Listening:** Essential for absorbing strategic knowledge during collaboration with the Commercial Director. * **Refined Aesthetic Sense:** Critical eye for quality, color, and composition. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months **Residence Requirement:** Vinhedo \| Louveira \| Valinhos \| Jundiaí \| Itatiba \| Campinas **Availability:** Immediate start **Benefits:** Social Area \| Meal discount at Partner Restaurant **Equipment and Tools** * **Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):** The employee must use their own computer/laptop meeting minimum configurations to ensure smooth operation of CRM and videoconferencing software. * The company will provide software licenses: CRM, Prospecting Tools Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Availability for Immediate Start Travel Availability: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Vinhedo, SP
