Safeguard the environment and users' development **Details** We are seeking a professional to work as a Socioeducational Advisor at our institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing educational activities and projects that promote social inclusion, personal development, and autonomy of the beneficiaries. Additionally, they will assist in designing and implementing pedagogical plans, as well as evaluating outcomes and monitoring users' development. If you identify with these values and aspire to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** * Plan, conduct, and monitor all activities with users; * Submit monthly plans and reports; * Participate in training, planning, systematization, and evaluation activities jointly with the technical team; * Commit to project implementation and results. * Execute planning, evaluation, and proper documentation of activities; * Adapt plans to project requirements and partnership agreements; * Mediate conflicts involving children; * Maintain order in rooms, equipment, and materials used in socioeducational activities; * Monitor users' attendance in internal and external activities. * Report to management any changes in users' behavior, physical and emotional integrity, or development; **Work Environment** Centers for Children and Adolescents (CCAs) are spaces dedicated to welcoming children and adolescents during their non-school hours. Beneficiaries participate in workshops on digital culture, sports, theater, music, healthy eating, among others. These socioeducational activities support educational development, cultural and sports access, and digital inclusion for children and adolescents.
