Job Summary: You will work as a Technology Consultant and Solutions Architect in a flat startup environment, with focus on AI, Cloud, and GitOps. Key Highlights: 1. Flat startup environment Groovetech is seeking an elite professional to assume a strategic role with one of our global clients. This is a high-visibility position, serving as a Technology Consultant and Solutions Architect within a flat startup environment focused on AI, Cloud, and GitOps. Your Responsibilities (Main Responsibilities) Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs using NestJS, TypeScript, and Go. Architect solutions in AWS Serverless environments (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito). Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) via Terraform. Ensure scalable data persistence and modeling with DynamoDB (NoSQL). Implement Clean Architecture patterns and event-driven services. Ensure quality through unit/integration testing with Jest. Collaborate directly with the New Zealand architecture team during weekly meetings. Requirements: Technical Requirements (Mandatory) Senior-level backend development experience (5+ years). Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. Expertise in AWS Serverless and Terraform. Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture and DDD. Fluent English (Mandatory): Ability to discuss architecture and solutions in English with international stakeholders. **Differentiators That Set You Apart** Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of Go and monitoring with DataDog. Background in Fintechs and understanding of PCI Compliance.
