What You'll Do: * Raise the bar for the entire team in impact, quality, and learning products, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. * Develop the area by consistently building networks and sponsors, while proactively identifying opportunities for new high\-impact, strategic projects. * Conduct data analysis, create reports, and drive planning initiatives. * Plan individual tasks and objectives to balance workloads while simultaneously managing the development of each team member. What we are looking for: * 5\+ years of experience in Learning and Development. * 4\-5\+ years of experience as a Manager. * Experience with data management and reporting. * Knowledge of learning frameworks. * Project management experience. * Experience with KPIs and OKRs. * Advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have: * IT industry experience. * Experience leading remote teams. * 2\+ years of onboarding experience. * Experience with online learning. * Experience delivering online training sessions. * Experience with AI educational tools.
