Job Summary: RDC's CRM team transforms sports, transactional, and behavioral data into strategic insights for business decisions, odds pricing, risk management, and marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Transform large volumes of information into strategic insights. 2. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams. 3. Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights. RDC's CRM team is responsible for transforming large volumes of sports, transactional, and behavioral data into **strategic insights** that support business decisions, odds pricing, risk management, marketing, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data related to sports betting, users, events, and markets * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring KPIs (e.g., turnover, GGR, margin, retention, LTV, churn) * Support the definition and optimization of **odds**, limits, and risk strategies * Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses to identify bettor behavior patterns * Collaborate with **Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance** teams * Automate analytical and reporting processes * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity * Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights **Requirements:** * Experience in data analysis within high-volume environments * Proficiency in SQL * Experience with Python or R for data analysis * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) * Strong foundation in applied statistics * Experience in data modeling * Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in sports betting, iGaming, fintech, or e\-commerce * Knowledge of predictive models, machine learning, or risk analysis * Familiarity with sports data (football, basketball, tennis, etc.) * Experience with real-time environments (data streaming) * Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking * Investigative mindset with results orientation * Effective communication to translate data into business insights * Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments **PJ opportunity based in Vila Olímpia – on-site, 10:00–19:00** PJ compensation between R$ 6\.000 and R$ 8\.000 depending on seniority Transportation and meal allowances Send CV to: recrutamento@rdc.bet
