





* The Research, Development, and Implementation Management unit aims to develop and implement initiatives related to Professional and Technological Education. This management unit forms part of Itaú Educação e Trabalho (Itaú Education and Work), a program of the Itaú Foundation. Within this context, the hired analyst will be responsible for monitoring the implementation and development of initiatives related to Professional and Technological Education (PTE) in partnership with state governments, with a focus on implementing State Policies for PTE. The analyst’s responsibilities will include supporting education networks in managing service provision, quality assurance, and productive inclusion—executing planned actions and proposing strategies to improve activities and overcome challenges encountered. * The hired analyst will be responsible for monitoring the implementation and development of initiatives related to Professional and Technological Education carried out in partnership with state governments, with emphasis on implementing State Policies for Professional and Technological Education. The analyst will support education networks in managing and executing actions outlined in planning documents, as well as proposing strategies to enhance activities and address challenges encountered.
