International Meal Company is one of the largest food retail companies, with shares traded on the stock exchange, and our portfolio includes proprietary and franchised brands such as Frango Assado, Pizza Hut, Viena, Batata Inglesa, Brunella, Margaritaville, LandShark, and RA Catering. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct market benchmarking studies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity; * Update salary tables and ensure alignment of compensation policies with company strategy; * Structure job architecture and conduct job evaluations using a specific methodology; * Maintain up-to-date salary ranges and compensation models based on market analysis; * Perform Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations; * Analyze compensation indicators to support decision-making; * Serve as a technical reference for team analysts; * Identify and propose improvements to area processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology, or related fields; * Proficiency in the activities described; * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits; * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). **Additional Information**#### **At IMC Group, each person is an essential ingredient for our recipe to succeed.
