We are looking for a Senior Tax Assistant with experience in accounting firms, who has mastery over tax routines and is prepared to work autonomously, organizedly, and with a strong focus on results. **Responsibilities:** * Classify and record incoming, outgoing, service, and expense invoices * Generate tax payment slips according to calculation and verification * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA) * Prepare tax reports for verification * Advise and support clients regarding tax and fiscal legislation * Support processes before municipal, state, and federal agencies * Monitor CNDs (Certificates of Negative Debt) and assist in regularization procedures * Conduct analyses and support debt installment arrangements * Use integrated systems to execute tax routines * Work with companies under Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in tax routines within an accounting firm * Knowledge of tax legislation (federal, state, and municipal) * Experience issuing and recording invoices * Familiarity with integrated systems and Microsoft Office suite * Experience handling ancillary obligations * Experience with Dominio system For professionals already experienced in accounting firms who wish to work autonomously, assume responsibilities, and grow within an environment undergoing constant evolution and modernization.
