We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality work in the development field. **Required Qualifications**: * Practical experience with **RPA using a specific tool** (modeling, development, deployment, and maintenance). * Experience with automations targeting **banking routines** (processes dependent on banking systems/portals/integrations). * Experience with **n8n** (or equivalent tool) to build workflows, integrations, and operational automations. * Experience with **Python and Node.js/TypeScript** (maintenance of scripts/services, integrations, and utilities). * Strong practices in **resilience**: exception handling, retries, timeouts, idempotency/deduplication, and minimizing side effects. * Strong practices in **security**: credentials/secrets management, permissions, and handling sensitive data. * Ability to **communicate and align** with clients (meetings, process understanding, acceptance criteria). * Organizational skills for documentation and operations: **runbooks**, logs, traceability, and monitoring. **Desirable Qualifications**: * Advanced experience with one or more RPA suites (e.g., UiPath/AA/Power Automate/Blue Prism): queues, orchestrators, credentials, version control. * Experience building **AI agents** in production using LangChain (or similar), including **guardrails** and quality evaluation. * Experience with audit-ready automations: **evidence trails**, functional logs, and transaction-level traceability. * Knowledge of integrations and authentication standards (OAuth2, tokens, credential rotation) and daily compliance/LGPD practices. * Experience with queues/messaging and asynchronous processing. * Mature observability (dashboards, alerts, SLOs) applied to critical automations. * Experience with testing (unit/integration/e2e) and strategies to reduce regressions in automations. * Ability to serve as a technical reference: code reviews, mentoring, standardization, and continuous improvement. **We Offer**: * An excellent work environment to develop your skills; * A friendly and casual work environment; * Hybrid work model; * One day off on your birthday. **Interested in joining this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
