MAINTENANCE ANALYST (PCM)

Job Summary: Program, plan, and manage maintenance services (corrective, preventive, and predictive) for machines and equipment, including asset management and indicator monitoring. Participation in investigations of deviations and non-conformities **Job Description:** ---------------------- Program corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services for machines and equipment. Register technical spare parts in the KLASSMAT system. Technically specify materials and services required to execute maintenance activities, systematically tracking their application. Include spare parts in inventory, defining stock levels according to the maintenance plan for each equipment. Evaluate maintenance service requests in the maintenance software and generate corresponding maintenance work orders. Develop and update maintenance plans. Register equipment. Perform asset management using the ENGEMAN software. Participate in investigations of deviations and non-conformities. Monitor third-party maintenance services performed on-site. Report weekly on the preventive maintenance completion indicator. Request and track authorization for third-party access.
