We seek a candidate with strong analytical ability and efficient logical reasoning to formulate and solve problems using data! The ideal candidate must also possess strong collaborative and teamwork skills, as we work on multidisciplinary projects. This role will involve developing data products using Statistical, Data Science, and Machine Learning techniques within one of our Data Science teams, and will require direct interaction with senior leaders in the area. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Understand business problems and effectively translate them into data science solutions; * Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning models; * Identify opportunities for analysis and new applications of statistical models, as well as process improvement opportunities, prioritizing business needs; * Communicate project delivery progress and developments; * Proactively contribute to the synergy and evolution of the broader Data Science team. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning; * Knowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices; * Ability to formulate data-driven solutions aligned with business opportunities; * Strong verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively—proactively sharing information and seeking context to support collaboration across diverse teams; * Proficiency in Azure, Databricks, and programming languages Python and SQL (preferred); * Good English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking);
