Serve as an initial AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) reference, supporting the team during platform integration and adoption phases. What You’ll Do Here: **Development** Develop and adapt pages, if necessary using HTML and CSS, primarily within the AEM environment. Support the team in creating automated solutions and simple reports. Be responsible for instructing and supporting other team members during early-stage AEM adoption, acting as the tool’s reference. Assist the team with operational questions and requests following tool access provisioning. **Client Meetings** Actively participate in internal and client meetings, aligning requirements, timelines, and presenting project risks and solutions. **Data Analysis** Perform simple-to-moderate analyses of user behavior across digital channels, including visits, clicks, traffic sources, landing pages, and conversion funnels. **Data Collection** Support development and implementation of data collection across digital channels—via coding or tagging tools—to ensure Analytics analyses function correctly. **Reporting** Develop simple and moderately complex management reports using dedicated tools to support decision-making. Tech Skills **Mandatory:** Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), with ease in understanding and adapting workflows across different platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for customization and operational adjustments required within the tools. Ability to share knowledge and support the team’s technical development regarding AEM. **Desirable:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
