Job Summary: This assistant will support the Technician in daily tasks, organize and clean the vehicle, perform network installations and configurations, and ensure workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical assistance and daily routines 2. Installation and configuration of network equipment 3. Focus on workplace safety and organization * Assist the Technician in all daily tasks; * Organize and clean the vehicle; * Locate the next customer; * Identify the customer; * Signal and isolate the work area; * Inspect safety equipment during daily activities; * Activities must not proceed without proper safety equipment; * Validate the RA\-Risk Analysis; * Verify the customer's signature and explain the service contract; * Work at heights; * Separate the installation kit; * Mount network equipment on walls; * Perform basic configurations on network equipment (CPE); * Assess peripherals (computer, TV, tablet) to connect them to the network; * Inspect and store used equipment (tools); * Clean the work area after completion; * Terminate DROP/UTP cables; * Install and explain the operation of applications (SVA); * Analyze Wi\-Fi signal strength using an application; * Prune trees to clear the path for optical fiber.
