YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve delinquent customers by regularizing contracts, receiving and verifying payments, formalizing payment clearance, and reporting information through departmental tracking systems, ensuring accurate and reliable transmission of data and funds; * Support in-person, telephone, and/or email service to internal and external customers by providing information, identifying the nature of requests, directing them to responsible departments, and contributing to excellence in unit-level service delivery; * Manage dispatch and receipt of registered mailbags by recording document inflows and outflows, performing sorting, verification, and distribution to comply with departmental procedures; * Assist in preparing reports, forms, and spreadsheets: collecting data; creating and updating control spreadsheets; drafting reports, memoranda, and other administrative documents; * Organize various documents and departmental files by classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures, to ensure document preservation, control, and organization; * Support management in administrative tasks, assisting in monitoring and executing departmental activities.
