Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via all service channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuance of FGTS slips, DARFs, and other labor-related contributions. Input updated information into the payroll system (Domínio and/or Fortes). Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support in using internal tools and platform resources. Work on customer retention, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
