Support in using tools and customer retention An administrative services company is seeking a Customer Support Analyst in Santo André. **Responsibilities:** Provide friendly and efficient customer service using the DigiSac system for communication. Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via all service channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuing FGTS guides, DARFs, and other labor contributions. Enter updated information into the payroll system (Domínio and/or Fortes). Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support for using internal tools and platform resources. Engage in customer retention efforts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
