Then submit your resume and join the COL Team! \#WeAreCOL **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and guide preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and industrial infrastructure availability and reliability; * Ensure high availability of critical equipment—especially drying towers, evaporators, concentrators, and utilities; * Plan and control scheduled shutdowns, ensuring deadlines are met and production losses minimized; * Manage maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs, among others); * Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes to reduce failures and increase efficiency; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Manage third-party contracts and technical service providers; * Develop and control the maintenance department budget; * Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize industrial processes; * Lead failure analysis and implementation of action plans (RCA); * Ensure technical standardization and organization (maintenance plans, histories, spare parts, etc.); * Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative environment aligned with the company’s culture and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience operating/maintaining drying towers; * Experience managing maintenance teams; * Leadership experience in industrial maintenance; * Experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in medium- and large-scale industries; * Knowledge of milk and whey evaporation, concentration, and drying processes; * Solid expertise in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance; * Experience with maintenance management systems; * Knowledge of performance indicators and cost management; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields); * Willingness to relocate to Piranhas/GO. **Additional Information** CONTRACT TYPE: PJ **Centro Oeste Laticínios (COL)** was founded in the interior of Goiás with a clear purpose: ***feeding the world with innovation and quality***.
