Relationship Manager (Hunter/Prospecting-Agro) - PA Bom Jardim de Goiás
**Job Summary:**
The Hunter Manager (Agro) is responsible for prospecting, developing, and expanding the customer base in the agricultural sector, identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and offering financial and commercial solutions aligned with the needs of rural producers. Acts in a consultative manner, ensuring value generation for the cooperative and its customers.
**Responsibilities and Duties*** **Business Prospecting and Development:** Identify and acquire new agribusiness customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable financial and commercial solutions;
* **Strategic Relationship Management:** Build and strengthen partnerships with rural producers, cooperatives, distributors, associations, and other agribusiness stakeholders;
* **Market Analysis:** Map opportunities, monitor trends, and understand the agricultural and economic scenario of the operating region;
* **Portfolio Management:** Monitor and manage acquired customers, ensuring loyalty, profitability, and business continuity;
* **Negotiation and Contract Closing:** Lead commercial negotiations, aligning favorable terms for both the company and the customer;
* **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with credit, product, and operations teams to ensure the best experience for agribusiness customers;
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor goals, results, and KPIs, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives.
**Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Agronomy, Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Agribusiness, or related fields.
* Postgraduate studies will be an advantage;
* Commercial experience in the agribusiness sector, especially in customer prospecting and portfolio management;
* Skills and knowledge in rural credit, agricultural financing, input markets, and agricultural commodities;
* Certification required (CPA-10, CPA-20 or CEA);
* Valid driver's license (Class B) and availability for travel and visits.
**It will be an advantage:**
* Network within the agribusiness sector;
* Experience in financial institutions;
* Certifications or courses in rural credit and agricultural markets.
