Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare reports and perform various tasks related to the department’s administrative routine, as requested and guided; * Assist in organizing documents or mail packages (receiving, distributing, verifying, and returning), and provide guidance to employees regarding them; * Organize and archive various documents to facilitate retrieval as needed; * Request quotations by contacting suppliers, following received instructions; * Submit purchase or service requests, verify material deliveries, and distribute materials according to need; * Use computerized systems to carry out assigned tasks; * Register fiscal documents and monitor their system workflow, requesting support for approvals or as needed; * Schedule periodic medical exams, return-to-work assessments, and dismissals as requested, ensuring compliance with prior requirements; * Monitor reports, issue certificates, and prepare departmental presentations under supervision; * Support the receipt of documentation from third-party companies, monitor service measurements, and report any irregularities; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields. * Preferred: Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities. * Internal Customer Service.
