Futura Climatização specializes in air conditioning and refrigeration solutions. We provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for air conditioning systems. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for organizing, controlling, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company's physical infrastructure, guaranteeing that environments, equipment, and support services are adequate for optimal team performance. Will play a key role in the company's operational support, managing suppliers, building maintenance, and organizing resources required for daily operations. Monitor and control building, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance services. Manage third-party service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.). Control facilities-related contracts and service requests. Monitor infrastructure-related demands across company units and departments. Request and monitor budgets for maintenance and structural improvements. Support the organization and operation of corporate environments. Control equipment, furniture, and shared company resources. Assist with administrative tasks related to company infrastructure. Identify opportunities for infrastructure and support service improvements. Previous roles such as Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Specialist, Facilities Supervisor, or Facilities Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
