Maintains equipment, supplies, and compliance with regulations **Job Description:** A Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and circulation areas under their responsibility, ensuring compliance with the hotel’s established quality, hygiene, and comfort standards, thereby providing guests with a positive experience. **Responsibilities:** * Organize the housekeeping cart, ensuring proper storage of supplies, equipment, cleaning products, linens, and amenities. * Clean and tidy guest rooms during occupancy and after check-out, including linen changes and amenity replenishment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of vacant rooms. * Ensure cleanliness and order in corridors, elevator lobbies, and floor circulation areas. * Keep the floor service pantry clean and organized. * Complete checklists for maintenance items, minibar contents, and stationery, reporting any irregularities or replenishment needs to the immediate supervisor. * Be responsible for receiving and delivering linens to and from the laundry. * Identify forgotten items in guest rooms and forward them to the Housekeeping Supervisor per internal procedures. * Record information regarding occupancy status, room condition, and housekeeping progress according to established standards. * Maintain equipment, supplies, and the floor key, following internal rules and procedures. * Comply with the hotel’s hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements:** **Education:** * **Required:** Completed high school **Courses:** * **Preferred:** Training in Cleaning Techniques and Room Attending / Good Hygiene Practices **Technical Knowledge:** **Required:** * Basic knowledge of room attending and cleaning of general environments **Preferred:** * Cleaning products and their correct application * Basic understanding of hotel operations
